Miss Money, also known as $, Money, or Mi$$ Money, is an American R&B singer, rapper, DJ, radio personality, and audio engineer. Born in Monroe, Louisiana, she later relocated to Houston, Texas. An ex-LGBTQ artist, she has since distanced herself from that aspect of her past and has devoted her life to God and Jesus Christ. Much of her musical catalogue has been archived and is no longer in active production.
She served as the founder and CEO of the independent record label Money Talks Enterprises, also known as Money Talks, Money Talks Records, and Money Talks Studios, based in Houston, Texas. The label is no longer active.
Miss Money also hosted an independent radio show entitled Radio 713, which showcased local and independent artists. This radio platform is likewise no longer in operation.
Throughout her career, she collaborated with numerous local and independent singers and rappers from the Houston area. Among her most notable underground projects is the Mob Money series, released in the early 2000s.
